Season passes is available for pick-up on the 2nd floor of the Escal Plaza at Hakuba Goryu.

Please note that after the ski resort opens, the pick-up counter may become crowded and you may need to wait. If you pick up your pass before opening day, you can go directly through the gondola gate on the first day.
We highly recommend picking up your pass in advance.

After the resort opens, the hours will follow the business hours of Escal Plaza.

If purchased at the counter or by registered mail: Season pass voucher and photo ID

Season pass benefits and Snowbirds Club discount vouchers will be provided at the season pass counter.

※If you are unsure how to enter the building, please call 0261-75-2101 after arriving at Escal Plaza.

We apologize, but night-skiing season passes will be available for pick-up once preparations are complete.

※Season pass pick-up at Iimori will be available only after the ski area opens. Please be aware of this.
