THANK YOU FOR 55 YEARS OF HAKUBA GORYU

For over half a century, Hakuba Goryu has grown together with the mountains, the snow, and—most importantly—you, our community of skiers, snowboarders, locals, and friends from around the world. This 55th anniversary is not just our celebration, but a moment to thank everyone who has been part of our journey. Your passion, memories, and smiles have made Hakuba Goryu what it is today.

Looking Ahead

As we look back with gratitude, we also look forward with excitement—towards the next 55 years of adventure, connection, and mountain joy. Thank you for being part of our story.

Goryu is stepping into a new era

“This year, Hakuba Goryu celebrates its 55th anniversary — a milestone made possible by the continued support of the many skiers and snowboarders who have visited us over the years. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the local landowners, the people of the community, and everyone who has contributed to our journey along the way.

For more than half a century, we have been operating this ski resort in harmony with the blessings of Hakuba’s magnificent natural environment. As we look to the future, we remain committed to cherishing and respecting this nature while continuing to offer mountain experiences that enrich the lives of all who visit.

Together with our dedicated team and the local community, we will continue to grow as one — striving to create a ski resort that thrives hand in hand with the region. We will keep doing our utmost to meet the expectations of our guests, our neighbors, and all those who have supported us, and to give back to the people, the community, and the mountains that sustain us.

Finally, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all past and present employees and their families who have shared in the joys and challenges of this journey. It is through your passion and hard work that Hakuba Goryu stands where it does today. Thank you truly, from the bottom of my heart.”
