"Apple Spice Curry & Spice Specialty Shop 'Ringorilla' opens at Escal Plaza!

Ringorilla is brought to you by Mr Kureha Hideki, grand chef and director of specialty sweets shop ‘Apple & Roses’, a professional in apples from Azumino in Nagano.

The curry is made from apples and spices, where the perfect balance of apples’ sweetness and the flavors and spiciness of the spices captivates diners.

The vegetarian-friendly curry uses a generous amount of apples and over 19 types of spices and herbs which, after a four-day preparation, becomes a luxurious roux that goes fantastically well with locally sourced seasonal vegetables, as well as Shinshu-produced ingredients like chicken and pork.

You can adjust the spiciness yourself using our original spices, original hot spices and garlic oil.
