今回のプレゼンターは、都会のストレスを手放し大自然に抱かれるヨガを通して白馬の自然体験をしてもらうことに情熱を注いでいる、白馬五竜在住のヨガインストラクター、恋佳さん

Join us for a special morning yoga session at Hakuba Goryu's Escal Garden, surrounded by stunning autumn mountain scenery.
Reset your mind and body in the crisp highland air and start your day feeling refreshed and renewed.

About Your Instructor:
Renka (@yoga_ren_ ), a passionate yoga instructor residing in Hakuba Goryu, is dedicated to helping people release urban stress and connect with nature through yoga in Hakuba's magnificent natural environment. The session includes a gentle, body-friendly breakfast.

Meeting Point: Escal Plaza 2F, in front of the monitor

7:30 AM - Meet at Escalator Plaza 2F (monitor area)
8:00 AM - Yoga lesson at Garden Terrace
9:00 AM - Session ends, free departure
Indoor venue available in case of rain

Participation Fee
¥3,000 (¥2,500 for Hakuba Village residents)
