2021年10月23日(土)に白馬五竜エスカルプラザで台湾グルメの祭典「台湾フェス」を開催する事になりました。

当日は出店される飲食ブースで台湾グルメを満喫していただく予定です。

【イベント開催概要】

開催日：2021年10月23日(土)

開催場所：白馬五竜エスカルプラザ二階　レストラン「緑の食卓」　

時間：10:00 ～15:00

内容：
ブース１　安曇野市の「台湾茶藝館いろは」：安曇野の湧水で一煎一煎お淹れしています。香り高い台湾茶で癒しのひと時をお楽しみ下さい。



ブース２　高山市の「Cafe Courier」：飛騨の食材をたくさん使った本格台湾めしをお届けします！

ブース３　大町市の「家郷（ふるさと）」：本格的な台湾式居酒屋。台湾式の餃子はもちろん、春ざめや煮込み卵などB級グルメはいかがでしょうか。

ブース４　「台湾漢字書道体験」：台湾漢字を書いてみよう！基本的な筆遣いをマスターして、お手本をなぞるだけの書道体験ブース！(所要時間25分)。

Booth 1 : Azumino City "Taiwanese Tea IROHA": Insist on using pure water of Azumino to make perfect Taiwanese Tea with heart. Enjoy the exotic aroma of real Taiwanese Tea!

Booth 2 : Takayama City "Cafe Courier": Making authentic Taiwanese cuisines with local Hida products.

Booth 3 : Oomachi City "Furusato (Homeland)": Providing Taiwanese cuisines such as Gyoza, Fried Rice Noodles and Braised Eggs.

Booth 4 : "Traditional Chinese Calligraphy Experience": Professional Calligrapher "Mr. Kazama" will teach you how to write traditional Chinese characters (which is used in Taiwan), and you're welcome to bring your masterpiece back to home.
